Flattened Beer Bottle Cap Trick

In this article an explanation on how to vanish a normal beer bottle cap, make it reappear and then flatten it in front of the amazed eyes of the spectators is featured. After you’re finished, you can even have the bottle cap examined. This trick is best performed in bars and restaurants (where bottle caps can be found).

The effect

You take a normal beer bottle cap and you make it disappear. You check your pockets and it’s there, take it out, put the cap in your palm and slam the table in front of you, flattening the bottle cap. You can then give the bottle cap to be examined.

The trick

Here’s the preparation required before doing the trick. You can flatten the coin with any object you want, in this case with a solid glass:
